YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop an independent and internationally visible research profile in digital transformation and digital business
• Design, conduct and lead rigorous empirical research with the aim of publishing in leading journals
• Take on teaching responsibilities at Bachelor and Master levels
• Engage actively in the international research community
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary and international team
• Contribute to the acquisition of competitive third-party research funding

YOUR PROFILE

• Above-average doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Psychology or a related field
• Strong publication record or clear publication potential
• Interest in digital transformation, digital business and digital value creation
• Solid command of empirical and/or design-science research methods
• Excellent English language skills
• German skills or willingness to acquire them are an advantage
