Responsibilities

  • Contribute to research projects on career development across the lifespan
  • Write a doctoral dissertation
  • Carry out research-related project tasks (e.g., literature reviews, data collection, data analysis)
  • Prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals and other outlets
  • Present research at national and international conferences
  • Support the supervision of student theses
  • Contribute to teaching in work and organizational psychology
  • Collaborate on practice-oriented projects

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, preferably in work and organizational psychology or a closely related field
  • Strong interest in research, particularly in career development
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative empirical methods and statistics (including R or Mplus)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • A high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, and independence
