Responsibilities
- Contribute to research projects on career development across the lifespan
- Write a doctoral dissertation
- Carry out research-related project tasks (e.g., literature reviews, data collection, data analysis)
- Prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals and other outlets
- Present research at national and international conferences
- Support the supervision of student theses
- Contribute to teaching in work and organizational psychology
- Collaborate on practice-oriented projects

Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, preferably in work and organizational psychology or a closely related field
- Strong interest in research, particularly in career development
- Solid knowledge of quantitative empirical methods and statistics (including R or Mplus)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- A high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, and independence
